Construction Documents Estimate

At the Construction Document (or permit set) phase of design a comprehensive cost estimate is organized in a detailed and summary format. I bring 30 years of experience capturing the A/E, Context and Means and Methods scope of work on projects. These are then applied  to current and site-specific unit price data to arrive at  very accurate results. Scope of work is key in the estimating process.
